The MIM Paparazzi at at it again.  This time we spotted David Caruso with the owner of Vagabond Kitchen & Bar Mr. Julian Chelard and with Ken Hendel at his Gallery Art in Aventura, FL.  Its also been rumored that he was in a fight with the IRS over having to pay $57,000 yearly property taxes on his Miami Beach condo. Caruso is half Sicilian on his father's side who happened to have been a magazine editor.
